Feature films are the cornerstone of the filmmaking industry and one of the major examples of modern culture, especially in America, where hundreds of millions of dollars are spent every weekend going to the movies and renting DVDs. As internet technology and connections improve there are more avenues for distribution of feature films than ever before, opening doors for independent producers that were out of the question a few years ago. With one completed feature, two in post-production and a feature shoot planned for Summer '07, Fifth Column Films is building a solid repertoire in a still growing market.
